Before writing about the styling of corrugated board, you should understand the features of this material. Probably, many people heard about corrugated board, but for those who have not yet dealt with him, we note that he has the form of steel sheets protected by a layer of polymer. The advantage of corrugated board is its lightweight and the profile formed on it, different in height, but unambiguously gives the material additional rigidity and strength.

About the overlap

For 30 – it will only be 1-1.5 cm. But in the case of a very small inclination, less than 12, silicone sealant is used to smear horizontal and vertical seams.
About the crate
The slope determines not only the overlap, but also the crate. If you replace any roofing material with corrugated board, the crate can not be changed. But, if you equip a new roof, it should be remembered that with a slope less than 15 and the use of corrugated board C20, it is advisable to make two waves, and make a crate continuously. With the same bias, but with a profileist C35 a step can be 3-6 cm, and with C44 a step will be 5 cm.
And if the slope of the roof is more than 15 – the crate should be 3.5-5 cm in steps.
