Selection of the site. So, the choice of the site understands its location, size, availability of infrastructure, the possibility of connecting the gas pipeline, water supply, sewage, electricity.
If everything suits you, then it will not be superfluous to ask the legal side: carefully check the documents, find out if all fees and taxes are paid, is the plot under arrest.
Creating a project. First we determine where exactly the house will be on the site. Then we determine the dimensions of the house themselves. Do not forget about the difference in the size of internal and external. So, for example, an area outside of 80 square meters, taking into account the thickness of the walls, can be only 70-72 square meters.
The project also indicates where the communications will be located and the supply to them.
Fill the foundation. The foundation is a fundamental house. Therefore, it is very seriously necessary to take the question of its filling. Moving the site as much as possible, swarm with a trench, about 1 meter deep. But the depth can be different and depends, in particular, on the ground. The width is determined by the design width of the foundation and is about 50 centimeters. We also take into account the height difference to fill the foundation at the same level. Next, install the formwork that reinforces the material and proceed to the filling. Where to get concrete, you better determine yourself: either buy ready -made, or make your own hand.
Walling. So the foundation is ready. Next, we build the walls. The material of the wall of the house can be made of foam blocks, brick or wood. Each material for working with it requires certain knowledge, but if desired, they can be mastered, most importantly, the perpendicularity of the walls with respect to the base.
Roof. At the moment, there is a huge selection of material for the roof roof: metal tiles, bitumen, slate and profiled sheet on the market. Installation of rafters and the construction of the roof is more command work, since this type of work is dangerous and difficult.
External finish. This is the final stage of external work, after which we can safely say that the construction of the house is completed. Everyone can make a finish to their taste, or whistle and paint the house, or sheathe it with siding.
When the outer decoration is completed, you can start internal work and engage in the improvement of the territory near the new -built house.
