What kind of insulation is echo?
The modern version of the ecowyat is a bulk fibrous mass obtained from pulp industry waste and saturated with substances that are antipyrens (in Russia – drill) and antiseptics (boric acid). The use of ecovata as insulation in the USA and Europe began more than 50 years ago, while the fashion for this environmentally friendly heat insulator came to Russia relatively recently. The main role in this was played by two factors: the low cost and convenience of filling out structural voids. However, the advantages of this material are combined with a number of disadvantages. The main one is the high cost of installation equipment necessary for a high -quality installation of such a thermal insulation coating, which is associated with its fever. For the same reason, the independent installation of the thermal insulation layer of ecowata (without the use of professional tools) is quite possible, but on horizontal structures it leads to a significant increase in the consumption of the material and a reduced operational period, and on vertical almost non -parties and is even prohibited by Russian state standards.

Manual styling
For this, the so -called “dry method” is used – although leading to more than with other possible styling, consumption of material and requiring a lot of time, but much cheaper. Nevertheless, when warming non -residential premises, and various outbuildings of economic purpose (garages, households, etc. D.), as well as ceilings and attic premises, it is fully justified, and consists in the following procedures:
A bricket with an ecowide is unpacked and spilled into any suitable container (it can be a cardboard box, a plastic barrel, etc.);
The compressed contents of the briquette are “fluffed” using a drill with a conventional nozzle for mixing paints;
Further, all the required voids (for example, interglastic or inter -star) are maximally filled with a bulk by a loose heat insulator, after which the ecowata is again crushed – as far as possible and with a small “hill”.
Additional compaction will further contribute to the pressing of the material with upper coatings – for example, floorboards.
Mechanized styling
Even the simplest, blowing type, equipment for installation of ecovata, including a bunker, a “bunker”, pump, sleeves and nozzles, will cost the amount of about 20-30 thousand. rubles (professional-at 200-500 thousand.), but the mechanized method will allow:
Ten times to increase the speed of work;
2-6 times (depending on the level of the equipment used) reduce the consumption of the material with a simultaneous increase in the quality and durability of the thermal insulation coating by an order of magnitude;
exclude a technical marriage associated with the human factor;
Apply three different installation methods-dry, humid and wet-cell.
Dry method. With a dry method, the flooded ecowata is fed into any closed cavity (outputs and targets can be blocked not necessarily by super -fiber structures, but also by ordinary cardboard or fabric) through the only left input left. Blowing the material occurs according to a special corrugated sleeve under an adjustable powerful pressure pressure. Air carrier fibers of the heat insulator makes it evenly fill all structural voids with high density (about 65 kg/m³ for vertical shapes and 45 kg/m³ – for horizontal or small slope).
Wet method. Suitable for external wall insulation. In this case, when exiting the sleeve, blowing through the sleeve, passes through the humidifier. This is the best better than with the dry method, the adhesion of the fibers with each other and with surfaces – which makes the heat -insulating layer even more plastic and uniform. At the same time, a lignin – an adhesive substance that is part of any cellulose and activating its properties with increasing humidity has an additional effect on the good quality of the clutch.
Wet-cell method. This method is characterized by additional input into sprayed material of specialized adhesive substances that significantly increase the level of adhesion of insulation. A similar technique is used mainly for thermal insulation on the bottom of the ceiling coatings and hinged surfaces with a complex configuration.
