Features of monolithic-brick houses
The frame of the house is erected by pouring the solution into the formwork – a structure for the formation of reinforced concrete elements. Metal reinforcement is used to strengthen the cast molds inside them.
The Monolith itself practically does not shrink, it is one-piece, has no seams and allows you to implement any architectural solutions. And its performance is a little worse. So, reinforced concrete is distinguished by high heat and sound conductivity, and it also poorly regulates the microclimate, because it does not breathe.
To compensate for this, the walls are laid out of brick, insulated and lined with brick. As a result, the operational characteristics of housing can be optimized – apartments in monolithic-brick houses are warm and comfortable.
