The crate is installed in a step of 30-40 cm on the walls and additionally around each window, doors, also at each corner and in the lower and upper parts of the siding installation.
Whether the walls are insulated?
It all depends on their thickness, material, operating conditions and the purpose for which the house is built. If this is a house for permanent residence in the middle lane of Russia, then most often it needs additional insulation.

We mount accessories
This is a very important point. If all vertical details (angles, vertical parts of the platbands) are installed strictly vertically, and all horizontal (starting and finish rails, horizontal parts of the platbands) – strictly horizontal, then there will be no problems with the installation of the panels.
The slightest skew of one element entails its repetition on the following, and the whole wall will come out with distortion.
Do -it -yourself siding finish: Consider the technology
This is the final stage. It is quite simple, it is performed easily and quickly if all the preparatory work is completed correctly.
You can mount the panels with a “frame” (one board becomes a continuation of the other) or with the help of H-profile, when the edges of the panels enter the profile.
In this case, more waste is obtained, but the decoration looks more “organized”, and various color solutions can be applied to this.
The panels are attached to the wall and to each other. They are arranged so that the comb of one panel enters the groove of another. Thus, an even strong facade is obtained.
So that there are no problems and does not require repairs during the operation of the house, some rules for installing and fastening the siding must be followed.
Vinyl siding – a material that responds to the temperature of the surrounding air. Its expansion is most in length and can reach 10 mm (it is for the ability to move the mounting holes to move when heated by heating not round, but oblong). So that the wall does not be crumpled, you need to take it into account.
• The best fasteners for siding are short aluminum screws with a wide hat. Can be fixed and galvanized nails.
The main thing is not to screw and drive fasteners to the limit (there should be a gap of 1 mm). The fastening is carried out in the middle of the fasteners. In this case, your siding will move.
• When installing the panels in front of the end edge, there should be a distance for thermal expansion. If installation occurs in the summer, 6 mm is enough, in winter the board should be shorter than the required length by 10 mm.
